The Parish-focused second year of the Eucharistic Revival officially began on 11 June 2023. During this year of the Eucharistic Revival, one of our goals at Saint John Bosco Parish is to promote and encourage increasing Eucharistic Devotion.

You are invited to join us for a Holy Hour at 10:00am in our Adoration Chapel on 7 February 2024, 3 April 2024 and 5 June 2024.

Treat yourself to some quiet time in prayer and adoration before the Blessed Sacrament. The Holy Hour provides each person an opportunity to bring before Jesus, in the Blessed Sacrament, the cares, concerns, joys, sorrows and thanksgivings that we all experience each day. Come join us as we pray together, as the Apostles did, in the presence of Jesus.

Come as a family or as an individual as all are most welcome.

Once Upon A Book Club

In the Bosco Book Club (a novel bunch), we will be reading and discussing newly released and highly rated books from a wide variety of genres. This month we are reading: The Gift of the Magpie by Donna Andrews. We will meet on Wednesday 17 January 2024 at 7:00pm in the Parish Center. Bring a dish to share and the beverage of your choice. We will eat and laugh and at some point discuss the book. Even if you don’t finish it, come and we will fill you in on the plot. Mostly we like sharing our favorite reads. Happy reading and we hope to see you at our next get together.

Bingo Night on Zoom

Ready for some family fun? Join us for Bingo Night on Zoom.

Celebrate the Memorial of Saints Timothy and Titus and join us on 26 January 2024 at 6:00pm.

To register for this event, fill out the form in the parish bulletin and drop in the collection basket or in the PREP office by 22 January 2024.

The event is free, but registration is required in order for you to receive your Bingo card and ZOOM invitation. 10 games will be played and amazing prizes will be awarded. Hope you can join us.

Atlantic City Trip

The Silver Angels and Saint John Bosco are sponsoring a Trip to Atlantic City 29 January 2024 to see «Voice of Legends» by Eric Kearns at the Tropicana

Trip includes: $25.00 slot play, $15.00 food voucher, and admission to the show,  «Voice of Legends.»

A coach bus will leave Saint John Bosco Monday, 29 January 2024 at 9:00am and will leave Atlantic City at 5:15pm, arriving at Saint John Bosco at approximately 7:00pm – 7:30pm.

Total price is $81.00 which includes bus driver’s tip. Kindly make check payable to Saint John Bosco.
